From the Blog of Legal Times, coverage of the lawsuit brought by the DC-based Shakespeare Theatre Company against its landlord, Lansburgh Theater, Inc. The company is alleging that Lansburgh Theater wants to force it out of its present home and consequently has raised its rent. A lot. Lansburgh says the company's lease was up.
