The Prince of Denmark Could Be Retried For Murder of Polonius

Supreme Court of Canada Chief Justice Beverly McLachlin presided over the Crown's appeal in Hamlet's trial for the murder of Polonius in a performance at the Stratford Festival, performed September 12, 2015. The Prince of Denmark was originally found not guilty due to his mental state. See some of the proceedings here, available on Youtube. Counsel are Brian Greenspan and Marie Henein. Of the three justices hearing the appeal, 2 voted to retry Hamlet for the murder.  More about the appeal here.
