I've been teaching a seminar in law and literature for many years, and I thought I'd provide a link to
my syllabus if it will be of use to anybody. The basic pedagogical approach to my course is to teach it in a jurisprudential manner, illustrating how literature contributes to elucidating enduring philosophical issues in the law. There are, of course, a myriad of different approaches to the course, but for those interested in mine, the syllabus is very detailed and might be of interest.
